These Terms and Conditions set out your rights and obligations when using this website. Please read them carefully. Your statutory rights are not affected.

For privacy and security reasons, a business address is not publicly displayed. A return or correspondence address will be provided where required.
2. General
2.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the latest version.
2.2 Product images are for illustration purposes only and may vary slightly from actual products.
2.3 Where product variations (e.g. colours) are offered, we will aim to fulfil your preference but cannot guarantee availability.
2.4 All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be lower than those when we trade at events. Errors and omissions excepted.
2.5 Currency conversions (if shown) are approximate and your payment provider may apply additional charges.
2.6 It is your responsibility to ensure products are suitable for your needs before ordering.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
3.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
3.2 After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance.
3.3 A contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched.
3.4 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of pricing errors or stock issues.
3.5 By placing an order, you agree that we may use your personal data to fulfil your order, including sharing it with delivery providers.
3.6 We will not use your personal data for marketing without your consent.
4. Back-Order Policy
4.1 To help keep prices competitive, we hold limited stock.
4.2 Products listed as back-order can be purchased and will be dispatched once they become available from our suppliers.
4.3 If a product becomes unavailable, it will be cancelled from your order and a full refund will be issued for that item.
4.4 Orders containing back-order items are typically dispatched once all items are available.
4.5 If you require part shipment, please contact us before placing your order (additional charges may apply).
5. Delivery
5.1 We aim to dispatch and deliver within estimated timeframes but cannot guarantee delivery dates.
5.2 Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
5.3 You must inspect goods upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours.
5.4 Missing items must be reported within 7 days of dispatch.
5.5 We may require photographic evidence for damaged or missing items.
5.6 Lost items may be subject to investigation before replacement or refund is issued.
5.7 Orders returned to us due to failed delivery may incur additional charges.
6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
6.1 Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

6.2 Returns Process
Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
A return address will be provided after contacting us.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.
6.3 Refunds
Refunds are processed after returned goods are received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible.
Please allow 5–10 working days for processing.
We may reduce a refund if goods show signs of use beyond necessary inspection.
6.4 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide details and, where possible, photos
We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost.
6.5 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Used or altered items
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened
- Clearance or final sale items
6.6 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
6.7 Failed Deliveries
If an order is returned due to failed delivery (e.g. incorrect address or not collected), we may deduct return or re-delivery costs from your refund.
7. Liability
7.1 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
7.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
8. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws. Data is used only for order fulfilment unless you give consent otherwise.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of those courts.
