B seems to give a good balance and provides more steering in some scenarios as some other guys have mentioned before.
Kit
C is the smoothest option, probably good for a flowing high bite track were corner speed is more important than overall steering.
The Worlds edition arms are used with the plastic kit castor blocks, they restrict the steering lock to allow limited steering throw while having no wheel rock.
